Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• We deliver all across Pakistan.
• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 2–4 working days, depending on your city.
• Standard delivery charge is PKR 250. Free delivery on orders above PKR 3,000.
• Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.

Order Confirmation

Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
